OBJECTIVE
Update the structure and flow of the multi-day, in-person Rookie Transition Program (RTP) event, meant to teach new NBA players need-to-know information outside of just basketball.
SOLUTION
An interactive, gamified digital app serving as a resource and running competition for participants throughout the event.
Additional support included design and development for several educational sessions, development of a pre- and post- survey and measurement strategy, post-event insights, and on-site assistance during the event.
