Google aimed to advance digital retail training globally, targeting sales associates worldwide to emphasize the significance of utilizing products and services in tandem, minimize customer returns, and foster brand loyalty.
OBJECTIVE
An interactive training series was developed to stimulate learning using branded lifestyle videos, realistic sales simulations, ecosystem-centered messaging, and gamified content. The content and design were adapted into 16 languages to accommodate Google's diverse global audience.
SOLUTION

Utilizing the model of the branded Google retail store in London, we constructed a tailored store set and conducted a photoshoot to establish a timeless collection of images intended for current and future Google learning modules.
By employing consistent characters featured in the modules, we crafted "day-in-the-life" scenes to exhibit Google products and services in practical situations. This approach aimed to assist learners in forging emotional ties with both the brand and the training content.
