Before the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Google sought out Brand Ambassadors from a pool of over 60 Google OEM Partners such as LG, Sony, and more. Their aim was to have well-versed Ambassadors available at the event to elaborate on the features and advantages of integrated technologies such as the Google Assistant, Android TV, and other offerings. In a mere two days, Google had to quickly train individuals, ranging in their familiarity with Google products, to become proficient and accurate Google experts prepared to represent the brand.
OBJECTIVE
Mindspace orchestrated a dynamic two-day live event characterized by immersive experiences, featuring various speakers, live-action scenarios, and a full day dedicated to learning games and interactive activities. Within the framework of a "day in the life" theme, participants engaged with narratives depicting diverse modern families, showcasing how Google products could significantly enhance and simplify their lives.
During the event, leading participants vied against each other to acquire Google tickets, which could later be traded for branded merchandise and products.

Behind the scenes video filmed and produced by the insanely talented Brock Lefferts. Clearly no fun was had in the making of this project.
